This free service is available to parents and caregivers who need answers to their concerns or questions about caring for children. A trained staff person is available to take your call and help develop a plan or give you ideas to resolve your concerns. They may also make recommendations to other services which can provide additional tools to succeed. Your call will be answered between the hours of noon and 3 PM Monday through Friday.

If you need assistance after these hours, you may use our Contact page to submit a question for the Parenting Advice Line.  A staff member will be able to give you a call about your question during noon to 3 PM, Monday through Friday.
