Healthy Families
Healthy Families works with first time young parents to assure that their children are cared for, reared in a healthy environment, and are prepared to enter school. Healthy Families is a long-term program that provides services to families for one-to-five years.
Wraparound Facilitation
Wraparound Facilitation serves families referred by the Fort Worth Independent School District and engages extended family, friends, teachers, and mentors in the treatment plan for youth with mental illnesses.
